Call for Entries

1. The Film Festival is not liable for any loss or damage to films, DVDs, or video cassettes during shipping. Please send a copy, NOT the original.

2. Participants send films, DVDs, and video cassettes to the Festival address at their own expense.

3. All films, DVDs, videos, and media will be treated with the utmost care!  The Festival is not responsible for any accidental loss or damage.

4. The Film Festival reserves the right to keep copies of the media (films, VHS, or DVDs) for the Festival Archives and for promotional purposes.

5. The Film Festival reserves the right to use short takes from the film, DVD, or video for TV, newspaper, and promotion.

6. Please send only VHS (NTSC) or DVD format with your entry form.

7. The Festival Director reserves the right to make program changes.

8. Entry deadline—postmarked by July 2nd, 2004.
